Anthropogenic activities such as deforestation, burning of fossil fuels, use of aerosols, etc. are the driving force behind this worldwide occurrence. These actions of mankind release large amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere along with other air pollutants like nitrous oxide and sulphur hexafluoride which then stays in the atmosphere and absorb sunlight and solar radiation that have bounced off the earth's surface. These pollutants last for centuries further increasing the temperature of the earth. The topics included in this book on global warming are of utmost significance and bound to provide incredible insights to readers.
