Javier Ortega is Professor of Criminal Law in Argentina, doctor in Public Law and Government Economics (UNT), doctor in Political Science (UCM) and has a master’s degree in Latin American Economic Development (UNIA). He has extensive experience as an attorney in the public sector.

David Shapiro is a professor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a senior college within the City University of New York. He has a master’s degree in business administration and a juris doctor degree in law. David Shapiro has experience in the public and private sectors, focusing on fraud examination, financial forensics, and inspection and oversight.
