Publishers Weekly bestseller
Discover how to break free from the chains of negative thinking, build emotional resilience, and experience true biblical freedom from unhealthy thoughts and emotions. What thoughts are sitting at your table?
The Enemy is constantly seeking to fill your mind with destructive and harmful thoughts—whether of fear, insecurity, anxiety, shame, temptation, envy. . . . It's all too easy for Satan to manipulate his way into a seat at the table intended for only you and Jesus, and to try making himself at home in your mind trapping you in cycles of discouragement and emotional exhaustion. It's an ongoing battle, but one you can win!
In Don't Give the Enemy a Seat at Your Table, bestselling author and pastor Louie Giglio offers a powerful biblical message rooted in Psalm 23 to help you win the battle for your mind and reclaim the peace and emotional healing God intends for you to experience.
This transformative Christian book reveals how the enemy works through lies, fear, temptation, and toxic thinking to distract you from God's truth and purpose for your life. Through practical encouragement and Scripture-based insight, Louie Giglio helps readers recognize destructive thought patterns, renew their minds with biblical truth, and develop lasting spiritual and emotional resilience.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, insecurity, overthinking, spiritual warfare, burnout, or feelings of defeat, this book provides hope-filled guidance for overcoming the mental battles that often feel impossible to escape.
Readers will discover how to:
- Recognize the lies fueling fear and discouragement
- Break free from toxic thought patterns
- Renew their minds through the truth of Scripture
- Strengthen their identity and confidence in Christ
- Find peace in difficult seasons
- Overcome spiritual attacks and emotional exhaustion
Perfect for personal growth, Bible studies, or devotional reading, Don't Give the Enemy a Seat at Your Table is for readers searching how to handle spiritual warfare, experience emotional healing, renewing their mind, and overcoming negative or intrusive thoughts through faith.
