Paperback. Everyone said Xander Damanda was gifted. At the young age of four, he could read, write, and even ride a bike without the training wheels, by eight, he had mastered high school-level math, and by eleven, he was filling out the family's income tax reports.Xander didn't feel 'gifted', and not because he had too little confidence or too much modesty. The excellent grades, the knowledge, the skills - they didn't come from good study habits or innate aptitude, they came from somewhere else. Xander lived his life beaten down by wave upon wave of deja vu. It was like he'd gotten a peek of life's answer key, and those answers had been unwittingly etched into his mind. They were like childhood memories, distant, blurry, and just out of reach. They bubbled to the surface without conscious effort, granting him a kind of cheat code to coast through life. The day he realized this wasn't normal was the day he started to notice little things that didn't add up and began worrying his family was keeping secrets. From the author of From the Ashes of Pompeii comes a modern-day science fiction novel, A Gifted Spirit. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
