Learn to utilize hypnosis to help clients in your own practice with this straightforward guide that explains every step of the process. The technique can be an effective treatment for a range of mental health issues—and therefore can prove a valuable asset to your approach.
The Gift of Hypnosis is a joint effort by clinical hypnotherapist Benjamin Moss and clinical psychologist Judy Prince, who together tap their forty years of combined experience in the field to break down the process of hypnosis into its fundamental elements. The guide covers proper preparation of the client—correcting some common misconceptions about hypnosis—and then runs through the actual induction process and the method for creating appropriate, solution-focused suggestions, which is a crucial step in effectively helping the client.
Overall, this handbook emphasizes hypnosis targeted at reducing anxiety and building self-confidence, but the same techniques can also be used to address other specific problem areas.
This educational offering provides an effective tool to markedly improve your clients’ lives—with successful treatment outcomes being the top priority. Adding clinical hypnosis to your repertoire will expand your ability to achieve the best solutions.
