Store description

I represent Alan Horvath, a Small Press poet/publisher, who wrote and published under the following press names from 1975 to 2010: Falling Down Press, Mostly Broken Scabs Press, FUCK IF I KNOW Press, and Kirpan Press. Presses originated in Cleveland, migrating to San Francisco and Vancouver, WA. As well as writing/publishing his own poetry, he became one of the top researchers/advocates/publishers of d.a. levy's works. Additionally, Kirpan Press supported and published many of those in his circle as well as in levy's literary circle, such as Kent Taylor, Tom Kryss, rjs, Jim Lowell, Ingrid Swanberg and others. Kirpan Press colaborated with Kent Taylor on a 2-volume definitive analysis of all d.a. levy publications - and reproduced many of levy's works that are no longer in print.
