About the Author: Éric Faye is a journalist who was born in Limoges. He is the prize-winning author of over twenty books of fiction, essays and travel writing, including The Ghost of Frédéric Chopin and Nagasaki, published by Pushkin Press. His fiction he has been awarded the Deux-Magots Prize and the Grand Prix du roman from the Académie Française.
