After I qualified as a dentist I followed the traditional path of VT, Associate and then Principal, owning three dental practices. I opened an award winning private practice and we ended up doing more facial aesthetics than dentistry. I loved every minute of it, and never regretted getting into dentistry; it has provided me with so many opportunities.
I also started investing in property and by chance I stumbled upon the professional property secrets. I soon got to the stage where I was making more money from part time property investment than from full time dentistry, so I gave up dentistry and focused my passion on property. My portfolio is currently valued at around £7 million and gives me £8,000 passive income per month.
In this book I will talk about building your wealth through property and explain how to create a massive passive income via property investing to replace your salary.
- Discover - Why the wealthy invest in property and make money when they sleep
- Learn - How I bought 27 properties in 24 months
- Act - To become financially free and only work when you want to

About the Author
After I qualified from Leeds Dental School in 1996 I followed the traditional path of VT, Associate and then Principal. I have owned three dental practices.
I opened an award-winning private practice called aesthetics in Hertfordshire. We won many awards including – best marketing, best team, finalist for best facial aesthetics practice, and best aesthetics clinic. We ended up doing more facial aesthetics than dentistry. I loved every minute of it, and never regretted going into dentistry. It has provided me with so many opportunities.
During this time I started investing in property the traditional way (building up my deposit and then waiting before I had built up another deposit) and by chance stumbled upon the professional property secrets. In two years I had managed to buy and hold 27 properties and sell 6 properties. The profits from my property deals allowed me to buy into dental practices and set up two squat practices. The passive income paid for my financial commitments, so I was not overly stressed with the initial low cash flow from opening two squat practices.
This allowed me to free up my time from doing over 50 hours of clinical dentistry a week and to spending quality time with my family and pursing my personal hobbies and interests.
I got to the stage where I was making more money from property working only two days a week than I did working in dentistry full time, so I gave up dentistry in 2013 and reignited my passion for property. The portfolio is currently valued at around £7 million and gives me £8,000 passive income per month.

Store description
In 2002, World of Books Group was founded on an ethos to do good, protect the planet and support charities by enabling more goods to be reused. Since then, we've grown into to a global company pioneering the circular economy. Today, we drive the circular economy through three re-commerce brands: - Wob: Through Wob, we sell. We provide affordable, preloved books and media to customers all over the world. A book leaves our collection of over seven million titles and begins a new chapter every two seconds, enabling more goods to be reused. - Ziffit: Through Ziffit, we buy. We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others. By sharing the technology that has grown World of Books Group into the business it is today, we’re helping charities increase revenue and reduce waste through re-commerce.…
