From the Author
Recently, a large food franchise organization passed out my book to 780 restaurant managers at their annual meeting. They learned their manager's put the ideas to use immediately.
My book is about what you say so people follow you. It describes the five critical messages that leaders must continually communnicate to the troops. Remember, if no one's following, you're not leading.
My business is to conduct leadership retreats. I creatively facilitate the management team to discover what motivates them to act with energy so their mutually defined goals come to life. When this happens, everyone in your boat is rowing in the same direction and magic happens!
If you're interested in a proposal on how I conduct leadership retreats, please contact me at bboylan@csn.net or call 1-800-944-7048.
I've been a trainer, facilitator and consultant for seventeen years. I look at leadership through what leaders must communicate in order to be effective.
