• Grip and stance: how to find the setup that fits your body and gives you more control before the swing even starts.
• Swing fundamentals: body alignment, swing path, and repeatable mechanics that help you hit cleaner, more consistent shots.
• Short game focus: chipping, putting, bunker play, and the shots that save the most strokes fastest.
• Driving and long game: smarter driver selection, better accuracy, and common mistakes that cost distance and confidence.
• Course management: reading holes, choosing better targets, handling pressure, and making decisions that protect your score.
• Mental toughness: breathing, visualization, pre-shot routines, and confidence habits that calm nerves on the course.
• Performance tracking: keeping a golf journal, spotting patterns, and using your rounds to guide better practice.
• Goal setting: realistic improvement targets, practice plans, and SMART goals that keep you moving forward.
• Resources and next steps: books, online courses, coaching tips, and ways to keep improving for life.
