Ich hoffe, dass die Veroeffentlichung dieses Berichts mir die Moeglichkeit gibt, mich an den beteiligten Personen und Autovermietungen zu raechen, die meinen Vor- und Nachnamen bewusst fuer die Begehung von Straftaten missbraucht haben, sowie an der Justiz, die meiner Meinung und der meines Anwalts nach ihre Pflicht nicht erfuellt hat, indem sie die Verantwortlichen nicht vor Gericht gestellt hat.Die Angelegenheit endete nach etwa drei Jahren mit der endgueltigen Einstellung des Verfahrens auch durch die Generalstaatsanwaltschaft beim Berufungsgericht in Mailand, an die wir uns als letzten Ausweg gewandt hatten, um die Wiederaufnahme des Verfahrens zu beantragenIch fasse den Sachverhalt zusammen: Es wurden Fotokopien meiner Dokumente verwendet, die bei einer Autovermietung angefertigt wurden, bei der ich ein Auto gemietet hatte. Diese Agentur hat die Fotokopien herausgegeben (was bereits eine Straftat darstellt, die mit Verwaltungs- und Steuerstrafen in Hoehe von mehreren Tausend Euro sowie rechtlichen Problemen wegen unterlassener sicheren Aufbewahrung personenbezogener Daten geahndet wird). Die Fotokopien meiner Dokumente wurden von "Unbekannten" verwendet, um einen Mietvertrag bei einer anderen Autovermietung in Busto Arsizio auf meinen Namen abzuschliessen, die das Auto absichtlich an eine Person uebergab, die nicht meiner Identitaet entsprach, indem sie Fotokopien vorlegte. obwohl sie sahen, dass ich nicht am Schalter war, um das Auto abzuholen, und hier liegt das andere Verbrechen (das ist von den Autovermietungen nicht erlaubt, da der Originalfuehrerschein, ein gueltiger Ausweis und eine auf den Hauptvertragspartner ausgestellte Kreditkarte fuer die Kaution erforderlich sind, sonst drohen hohe Geldstrafen, die Beschlagnahmung des Fahrzeugs und schwerwiegende strafrechtliche und finanzielle Folgen. ) natuerlich zusaetzlich zu der natuerlichen Person, die eine andere war und nicht ich!Fuer die Anmietung sind die Originaldokumente sowie die persoenliche Anwesenheit des Hauptfahrers und der zusaetzlichen Fahrer erforderlich, um die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und Vertragsbedingungen zu erfuellen.Darueber hinaus erhielt ich etwa 2000 Euro an Verkehrsstrafen (der Mietvertrag war auf meinen Namen ausgestellt), weshalb mein Anwalt mehrere Antraege bei den verschiedenen Behoerden der oeffentlichen Sicherheit stellen musste, von denen die Bussgelder ausgegangen waren, um die Aufhebung dieser Strafen zu beantragen, ganz zu schweigen von den zahlreichen Alptraeumen, die ich aufgrund meiner Sorge um diesen Fall hatte (das koennte ich nicht vergessen)!Diese ganze negative Erfahrung hat mich dazu inspiriert, die Geschichte zu schreiben, was das einzig Positive daran ist, denn hinter jedem noch so negativen Ereignis verbirgt sich etwas Gutes, man muss es nur suchen und umwandeln.
