De foto meet 14 x 9 cm. De foto zelf is niet gesigneerd, wel het mapje waar de foto is zit, tevens door Welter gedateerd 'i2-5-64'. De brief op eigen briefpapier, gesigneerd en gedateerd '12 mei 1964'. 2 regels tekst. Charles Welter (1880-1972) was minister van Koloniën van 1937 tot 1939 en van 1939 tot 1941. Van 1940 tot 1941 was hij minister van Financiën ad interim. Hij was Kamerlid met onderbrekingen tussen 1937 en 1963, niet alleen voor de K.V.P., maar ook voor zijn eigen partij, de Katholieke Nationale Partij. Seller Inventory # 283047

Books are in good antiquarian condition, unless described otherwise. Serious defects are stated, minor defects not always. All prices are in Euro, tax included, but without postage and bank charges which are at buyer's expense. Shipping of books after receipt of payment. Books may be returned within 7 working days (prior notification welcome). A full refund can be expected if the books do not match the description stated.
We also accept Paypal. Only in rare instances we can accept a cheque.
