The text block is in very good condition with no tears, marks, or dog-ears, but the lower righthand corner is slightly creased throughout. The pages are age-toned. There is no bookplate nor signature of a prior owner. This is not a library book nor a remainder. The wraps are in good condition (some edge wear and chipping, creases on front and back). 7 ½ x 5 ¼, 156 pages, 12 ounces XX (From the back cover) He is a plant doctor!
