See photos for condition details. Hardcover, blue cloth boards show some scuffing and spotting along with edge and corner bumps/wear. There is a small area with a few bumps in the cloth located near the upper left corner of the front board and the spine has a black mark in the lower half area. The internal binding is good for the most part but there are some areas that show some pulling and faint cracks. This is noticeable the front board hinge and also page 176. Many the other pages are still tight though. The front end page contains signature of the original owner "Emily B Homer", no other markings found in the book, though the front pastedown has faint evidence a large rectangular item once being there and the backside of the frontispiece shows a faint rough spot, presumably was something was erased. Foxing is present throughout with some pages showing quite a bit, though this is mainly limited to the end pages and pastedowns as well as the first few pages. In the rear the book there is an additional 14 pages of the publishers catalog.…
