About the Author

Rainer Quitzow leads the research group Geopolitics of Energy and Industrial Transformation at the Research Institute for Sustainability, Helmholtz Centre Potsdam. He has published widely on the policy and politics of energy transitions with a global perspective. He is also Professor of Innovation and Sustainability at Technische Universit�t Berlin. Before his research career, he worked at the World Bank in Washington DC. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Freie Universit�t Berlin.

Yana Zabanova is a Research Associate at the Research Institute for Sustainability – Helmholtz Centre Potsdam (RIFS Potsdam). Her areas of expertise include the geopolitics and geoeconomics of the energy transition in the European Union and globally, with a special focus on EU hydrogen policy. She is also a PhD candidate at the University of Groningen and is working on a dissertation on advocacy coalitions for renewable energy and clean hydrogen development in Eurasian oil and gas producing countries.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
