8vo, xxiii + pp293 plus errata page with fold out table, loose fold out hand coloured map and 1 b/w plate (sadly missing the plate to p51) Hardcover no dust jacket. A more modern rebind of grey cloth spine with paper title label to spine over older green paper covered boards in good condition with rubbing to boards and chipping to tips. Inside loose map in fair condition with tape repairs and splits, the fold out table in very good condition and the plate fair/good being heavily foxed. All pages in good condition with some foxing throughout and notes in pencil to a few pages. a reasonable copy only which is reflected in the price. Seller Inventory # 001528
