Shipping within Canada is by CanadaPost Expedited Parcel or airmail depending on the weight of the package. Shipping to the USA is by CanadaPost Small Packets Surface. For packages over 1 kg, shipping is by Expedited Parcel USA. International shipping is by Small Packets Surface. Shipping rates are based on packages weighing 2.2 lbs (1 kg).
