This is not the binding with the gold decoration on the front board. Profusely illustrated with many superb black and white photographs. Split into types of structures. Gates, paved courts, steps, balustrades, Urns, topiary, knots, parterres, loggias, garden houses, orangery's, canals, fountains and dipping wells, bridges, pergolas, treillage, seats sundials, dovecotes, Hispano-Moorish gardens etc. Generally very clean throughout - very few marks internally. bright end papers with no inscriptions. Boards in generally very good condition. Spine in bit dull with a few marks. Spine is a little dull with a few marks and the gold colours of the text are dulled. An excellent quality book. 438pp. Buying more than one book will save on postage costs. We have split our books into 70 + categories.
