A Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire) by George RR Martin. Spectra Books, 2005. First printing with full number line, increasingly rare and collectible. A Game of Thrones is the groundbreaking first entry in George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. Set in the mythic land of Westeros, it follows the political and military machinations of noble families vying for control of the Iron Throne. As war brews in the South and ancient threats rise in the North, the fate of the kingdoms hangs on the ambitions of lords, knights and outcasts alike. Complex, immersive and unflinching, it redefined modern fantasy for a generation.

Store description
My late wife and I spent a lot of time accumulating books, especially during COVID. With her gone, the books are a reminder of her. Hence, it's time for me to Turn the Page. Update: Please note I have recently moved to New Mexico (September 2026) where our chihuahua, Pedro, will no longer have to slog through snow and ice - the state where my beloved wife and his mommy lived before we met. Thank you for all your orders since opening this storefront!
