Paperback. Beneath the scorching South African sun, Marula Lodge offers an idyllic safari experience-until an otherworldly encounter shatters the peace. Brock Waters, a grizzled wildlife cameraman, prefers the raw, untamed wilderness to the safety of the lodge's observation deck. But when a routine day of capturing stunning animal shots takes an inexplicable turn, he finds himself caught between the fierce predators of the savanna and a threat from beyond the stars. As strange, silver ants with glowing backpacks emerge from the parched earth, and a silent saucer craft hovers ominously above, the delicate balance of the animal kingdom-and humanity's understanding of it-is thrown into chaos. While tourists enjoy their cocktails and watch the scheduled arrival of elephants and lions, Brock uncovers a mystery far greater than any he's ever filmed. What are these technologically enhanced insects? What do the aliens want? And can one man, armed only with a camera and a rifle, protect this precious corner of Africa from an invasion no one saw coming?"The Game Lodge and Aliens" is a thrilling blend of sci-fi intrigue and wild safari adventure, where the smallest creatures hide the biggest secrets, and the call of the wild meets the silence of space.
