The PlayStation Playoffs is a hilarious action and adventure story that follows the adventures of ten year old cool gamer, Ryan James and his cool school, cool teacher and very cool PlayStation gang.
When the cool teacher, with the very uncool name, (Mr Higginbottom) introduces a PlayStation competition at school, everyone goes into a crazy frenzy as they battle their way to win the major prize. Ryan stops at nothing to make sure he wins, and with his awesome gaming record, he’s a sure fire thing to claim the prize.
But something catastrophically terrible happens to cause his plans of victory to come tumbling to the ground faster than an Enderman teleporting in for an attack.
But things aren’t always as bad as they seem, and sometimes good things can come out of bad things
FOR PARENTS
Enthralling, hilarious, and unpredictable, the Game on Boys series is designed to appeal to the heart of any boy or girl.
Video game-obsessed kids, reluctant readers, and children-at-heart will adore this series with its captivating story lines, whacky illustrations, side-splitting laughter and heaps of school yard humor. This book is sure to get the kids away from their consoles for awhile. Make sure you read the other Game on Boys books soon. They can be read in any order, but preferable to read 1-7.
Read them aloud to your children and they won’t want to put them down; a great inspiration to continue to build reading confidence on their own.

It contains humorous thing like bad words such as butt and bum, boys picking on girls and girls doing the same to boys, school and home adventures, many jokes, and whacky illustrations."
