This 304 pp. book is an excellent history of Grand County in Colorado & Grand Lake in that County. Loaded with historic photos throughout. There is a 1/2" square browned area at the top and another at the bottom of the "paste-down" just inside the front board, & also just inside the rear board (apparently where some cover was once taped). Other than these 4 negligible stains, the book is unmarked and in NEAR FINE condition. Genuinely SIGNED by the author on the Title page.
