Hardcover. The photograph is here conceived of as a dense text whose meaning is to be found in overall comprehension, yet which contains subtle data if we read between the lines: the treacherous fine print to which the title of the book refers. In "Good News*" Jordi Bernado manages to make reality look like a prop and make invisible cities visible. His photographs show what he sets out to portray but no one is able to recognize what he portrays. Jordi Bernado lays his photographs out in twos, in pairs; two distinct but paired images allow you to see, to invent another image. In our subconscious, his images dig until they find something that makes you react, that makes you understand that which has always been there: Lleida, Tenerife, Atlanta, Tokyo and Montreal. In this collection by Jordi Bernado, the photograph is conceived of as a dense text whose meaning is to be found in overall comprehension, yet which contains subtle data if we read between the lines: the treacherous fine print to which the title of the book refers. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.…
