Set in two typefaces and printed in three colours and black on Magnani Incisioni, with a linocut by Mike Hudson; 70 cm. x 50 cm.; The Wayzgoose Press, Katoomba, NSW, 1999. No. 11 of 25 copies, signed and dated 'M.H. '99'. *The broadside features the flag of the United States as a hangman's noose about to be cut by a pair of scissors to fall into a black trapdoor, the walls of which are wrapped in text. The text, which has interline text in red, begins: The increase in the number of so called democratic states over the last twenty five years .The broadside was also issued in a smaller variant edition (Broadside No. 21) for inclusion in Typomania XIII, an international portfolio of artists' prints.
