Green boards with gilt lettering on the spine. Covers are well thumbed, rubbed and showing some wear and tear. Boards bear some small swathes of discolouration upon spine and edges. Head and tail of spine bumped, again head and tail are well thumbed, rubbed and showing some heavy wear and tear. Free endpapers, pastedowns, title pages and most pages throughout bear moderate discolouration and light foxing. Previous owner's inscription upon half title page. Page edges deckled and well thumbed particularly at the fore edge. Head edge ,gilt. Binding is tidy, if not a little stiff, although gently split in several places throughout.
