Gericault, Theodore (illustrator). 112 pp. including 48 pages of text and 64 pages of plates representing the images from the Chicago Album, which preserves two of the three extant sketchbooks of Theodore Gericault. Brown cloth binding with gilt lettering on spine and imagery on front cover. 1st page has original owner's name in ink, as well as a stamp from a previous vendor.
