It is a valuable reference for scholars, engineers, management professionals, graduate students, undergraduates, and students from vocational education, who are interested in computer science, AI, mathematics, fuzzy mathematics, operations research and management, and their applications in information and engineering as well.
Prof. Yu-Bin Zhong received his bachelor's degree and master's degree from Beijing Normal University, and currently works as a professor at the School of Mathematics and Information Science, Guangzhou University, China. His main research direction is fuzzy system and artificial intelligence, operations research and control, systems engineering and intelligent algorithm, hyperalgebraic structure and mathematical theory of knowledge representation. He has published more than 30 papers in core journals, including more than 20 in SCI and EI, and presided over and researched more than 10 teaching and scientific research projects. Journal of Advances in Soft Computing, Journal of Fuzzy Information and Engineering, IEEE Computer Society Sponsored IEEE journal, etc., as a paper review expert.
Dr. Khizar Hayat is a head of the department of Mathematics in University of Kotli, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Pakistan. Currently, he is working as an associate editor in “Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems”, and “Fuzzy Information and Engineering”. And he won awards of Guangdong Province Scholarship each year from 2016 to 18, on merit from Guangzhou University, China. He has received several appreciation letters from the University of Kotli due to his excellence in research and teaching. He has presented in several international conferences in China and Pakistan. He organized two international online conferences (2021 and 2022) at the University of Kotli, under the topic “Recent trends in Fuzzy Sets and Soft Sets”.
Prof. Shu-Feng Wang is the director of the Pearl River Delta Regional Logistics Research Center, Guangdong Baiyun University, a professor of Logistics Economics, a master Supervisor. His main research interests include transportation economics, logistics economics, digital economics, and international trade. In the past five years, he has focused on the evolution and system integration of digital logistics theory, the efficiency of regional logistics resource allocation, the systematic reconstruction of the industrial value chain in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the generation mechanism of systematic enterprise operation capability and its cultivation research. He has presided over and completed more than 20 scientific research projects including provincial and ministerial projects, published 5 academic works and teaching materials such as “Regional Logistics Theory and Empirical Research,” “Transportation Management,” “Logistics System Planning and Design Theory and Method,” and published more than 50 academic papers.
S. Hadi Nasseri is an associate professor, University of Mazandaran, Iran. He is regional editor of Fuzzy Information and Engineering, a managing editor of Caspian Mathematical Science magazine, an editor of International Journal of Operations Research and Its Applications. He has published more than 112 papers, and more than 124 conference papers. He used to be a guest editor of Journal of Applied Mathematics and Special Issue of Operations Research, Contributing editor of Iranian journal of management sciences in china, Vice President of Iranian Operational Research Society, Secretary General of Iran Fuzzy System Society, Chairman of the International Center for Optimization and Decision-making, the first place in the entrance examination of applied mathematics master. Distinguished Research Fellow, Mazandaran Province. Advisors to the government of Mazandaran Providence, and National project-evaluation director of tourism service in Providence Mazandaran.
Bing-Yuan Cao is Ph.D. (post-) tutor of Guangzhou University, China. He is also a second-class-chair professor of Lingnan, Foshan Institute of Science and Technology, Former Chairman of Fuzzy Information and Engineering Branch of China Operational Research Society and Chairman of International Fuzzy Information and Engineering Association (to be established), Chairman of Guangdong Operational Research Society and Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Operational Research Society; Editor-in-Chief of Fuzzy Information and Engineering, etc. He presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China 3 times and provincial and ministerial scientific research projects 5 times and won the Teacher Award of Ceng Xianzi National Normal University Education Fund, the third Prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award, the Life-long Education Award of Guangzhou Municipal Government and the Achievement Award of the International Fuzzy Information and Engineering Conference.

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to moluna, Greven, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
