The traditional workforce is disappearing. A new, autonomous digital economy is taking its place.
We are no longer just "using" tools; we are collaborating with them. As Artificial Intelligence shifts from passive assistants to Agentic AI—systems capable of making autonomous decisions—the very fabric of leadership, hiring, and management is unraveling.
In Future of Work - AI Augmented Autonomous Decentralised, distinguished HR leader and management strategist Sreejith Sreedharan delivers the definitive roadmap for navigating this disruption. Drawing on nearly three decades of global leadership experience and over 50 rigorous research papers from 2024-2025, Sreedharan moves beyond the hype to offer a grounded, human-centered framework for the post-labor economy.
This is not a technical manual for coders. It is a survival guide for leaders, managers, and forward-thinking professionals who need to understand how Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) and AI agents will restructure the corporate world.
Whether you are an industry leader steering a digital transformation, an academic guiding the next generation, or a professional looking to stay relevant, this book bridges the gap between Silicon Valley innovation and real-world organizational strategy.
