Mr. Jacobs has done an exemplary job in compiling this very thorough Cookbook for the T-Fal Deep Fryer but far from a dedicated Cookbook the recipes contained within this cookbook can be used with any deep fryer but works best with the T-Fal Deep Fryer referenced in the book itself. I will provide a link at the end of the article to reference the T-Fal Fryer but more to the point of this review is my feelings about the Cookbook itself and I am excited to find a cookbook that presents Family Food. Many people can go buy frozen french toast sticks and other items in this book but Mr. Jacobs tells you how to make these products yourself.
I love the easy to read recipes, the beautiful images that go with the recipes, and set up of this cookbook. I'll even be buying a hardcopy soon to add to my cookbook collection. I bought the T-Fal fryer back on Amazon Prime day for a great price. When I bought it, there weren't many cookbooks available for frying. They all seemed the same, with the same recipes, the same directions, and probably, the same authors. This book provides many other options, unique, basic, easy, hard, fun, yummy choices. Everything is presented clearly. The directions are easy to follow and fun to execute.

The flavors. I've mentioned the book itself, but now to the recipes. I've only had the book about a week and so far I've loved the few things I've had time to make. I'm not a great chef, I'm as basic as it gets. I ruin everything, except when I fry!
This book gives me the confidence to host a fried dinner party without worrying my guests will hate what I make.
I recommend this book to others, especially if you want something easy to follow along with. Even if you do not have the T-Fal, but rather any other fryer, this book is STILL for you too!
