Stop treating your body like a fragile sports car. Re-engineer it like an unbreakable mountain facility.
The modern endurance industry has sold us a lie of manufactured dependency. We are conditioned to believe that without thick, cushioned "foot coffins," sterile climate-controlled training spaces, and lab-engineered sugar gels injected into our systems every forty-five minutes, our bodies will fail.
The result? An epidemic of fragmented, injury-prone runners operating under a shaky truce with their own joints and digestion—completely tethered to a plastic wrapper and an aid station.
Nature does not care about your intentions. She only measures your capacity.
