nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - French Prophets of Yesterday: A Study of Religious Thought under the Second Empire is a book written by Albert Leon Guerard. The book is a study of the religious thought and movements that emerged in France during the Second Empire (1852-1870). Guerard examines the various religious groups and individuals who emerged during this period, including the Catholic revivalists, the Protestant evangelicals, and the spiritualists. He also explores the impact of these movements on French society and politics, and the ways in which they influenced the broader European religious landscape. Through his analysis, Guerard provides a comprehensive overview of the religious trends and movements that characterized France during this pivotal period in its history. The book is a valuable resource for anyone interested in the history of religion in France, and the wider context of religious thought in Europe during the nineteenth century. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.…
