Not dated; but the revised edition of 1960, cites "first published 1958". Medium red cloth boards a bit faded along edges and other signs of light use; cheap paper tanned. Colourful dust jacket has considerable edge wear, including small chips, wrinkles and light rubs, yet attractive. Book printed in Czechoslovakia.
