Cloth hardcover has severe wear/discoloration/fading/scratches/etc. and is tearing at corners, edges, and spine (threading of cloth and spine with exposed board). Owner name (sticker) on front end paper with pen mark underneath, text itself has sporadic pencil notes. Binding is chunking and nearly separating from front board. Considerable yellowing of inside covers and end paper. We are a Benedictine Abbey and Seminary library in Oregon. We appreciate your support.
