Paperback. When Henry Edwards moves into a Victorian house in Harrow Lake, New Jersey during the first weeks of COVID lockdown, he expects quiet. What he finds instead is a hidden tunnel network beneath the property, a grave marker in the yard, and the diary of a woman who knew she was running out of time. Sarah McBride was young when she understood what the Greenspan family had done, and what they would do to protect it. She hid the evidence carefully. She trusted that the next person who came would follow the trail. Henry is that person. But the Greenspans are still here. Still watching. And they have seventy years of practice making things disappear. A literary thriller about buried secrets, a family's silence, and the woman who refused to be lost. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.
