Why should you care about diversity, equity, and inclusion?
People working together in diverse and inclusive workplaces can make a positive impact on the individuals, teams, and organizations they serve. As famous American cultural anthropologist, Margret Mead, once said, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
