Light toning to text, offsetting to margins of endleaves. $150. * Third and final edition. According to Cohen, this work, first published in 1828, is based on Benoni Perham's American Precedents of Declarations (1802, 4th and final ed. 1848). Its forms relate entirely to pleading.
