Paperback. Now divorced and over the people who deliberately wounded me, I set myself on a journey to forgive and remove toxicity from my heart. After a few years, I thought I was successful in achieving that goal. However, over the past few months, I realized I had inner wounds that needed healing.I had to reinvest in my mental health and dive into therapy again. Just like when someone needs to see the doctor for a physical illness, I had to seek a therapist in order to achieve peace.Join me as I unearth the intricate compartments of buried fears, anxiety and depression through therapy, which allowed me to forgive myself through grace!
