57, wraps, endnotes, small ding/creasing on bottom edge of front cover and 1st 10 pages. The author challenges the notion that the probability of nuclear disarmament is increasing. He argues that, contrary to popular belief, there is little new about the current push for disarmament. He concludes that it is far from certain that current pro-disarmament efforts will produce meaningful or lasting results.
