SIGNED hardback re-issue, 1935, with unclipped jacket. In overall very good used condition with minor signs of age, handling and storage - dj tanned and lightly rubbed to spine and edges; green cloth boards clean and crisp. Internally clean. Binding tight and appears little read, no annotations or inscriptions; light spotting to page-ends but text bright and clear throughout. Black and white frontispiece by Mendoza. Signed by the author to ffep with brief presentation inscription dated July 1935: "In appreciation of the great service rendered to the Welsh National Council of the League of Nations Union, in connection with the national declaration Peace ballot and with the compliments of the author.
