Dated 1860, the letter discusses a book that Felton presented to His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales, on behalf of H. O. Houghton (Publisher). xxxi, [3], 466pp, printed on fine glossy paper, bound in blind stamped, decorative leather, raised bands on spine, all edges gilt, inner dentelles, marbled endpapers, illustrated throughout.
