Store description

Wordhoard. One of the oldest written words in the English language (actually Wordhord in Old English). Storytellers would ‘open their wordhord’ whilst sitting amongst friends and family and tell stories of great deeds such as the story of Beowulf. It’s a word that speaks of the importance of storytelling throughout our history. So perhaps a fitting name for a bookshop? Based in Bristol, UK, Wordhoard Books specialise in selling collectible signed and unsigned first edition books for both adults and children. Collections include signed books, novels, natural history, military history, general history, art, graphic art, film, biography, poetry, and many more, so please do come and browse. If you have any questions regarding any of my books, feel free to get in touch.
