Most people don't fail because they lack ambition. They fail because they focus on the wrong thing: the outcome.
But the outcome isn't the goal.
The process is.
The outcome is what happens when you follow the right process. Until you understand that at a deep enough level, nothing will stick. Not your diet. Not your business. And not the habit you've restarted four times this year.
Focus on the Process will show you:
- Why most people quit right before their breakthrough and how to push through the plateau phase when nothing seems to work
- The difference between process goals and result goals, and why top performers lead with process
- How to identify the right process and why it makes everything else easier
- Why starting small is not a weakness, but a sound strategy.
- Why self-compassion often matters more than discipline or motivation.
Focus on the Process gives you a framework for showing up until the results you want become the results you have.
The process is the goal.
Everything else is just what happens when you stick to it.
