About this Item
Muskegon, Michigan. Westshore Publications. 1946. Third Printing. Octavo (8 x 5). 133 pp. Color plate showing six nineteenth century fly patterns. Color plus black and plate. I'm a huge Harold Smedley fan because his book captures with great care and careful research the most famous fly patterns and how they came to be known to fly fishermen. A key book for anyone interested in the history of fly patterns. A nice book. The book is bound in brown cloth with black titles. There's a previous owner's name neatly stamped on the front paste down, otherwise this is a fine, bright book. Seller Inventory # 010730

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. My chosen shipping option is the U. S. Postal Service. USPS is the best in terms of service and cost efficiency ¿ even though recent overseas rates, effective January 2013, have skyrocketed. USPS requires mails sent overseas and Canada can ONLY be sent by AIRMAIL. Charged at actual cost. Other overseas shipping options are available, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.; however, they are frightfully expensive.
