Paperback. Could there be an any better moment for this book to come out? I think not. We are rendered with an unprecedented situation. The capricious virus bodes ill for those who aren't attuned to their wellbeing. And being so, our surest bet in the fight against this pandemic with unmitigated transmogrification is our robust health- both mental and physical. Hence, the subject was chosen for this book.We all know that this too shall pass and, in its passing, the humanity shall be left with an irreversible alteration made to their daily lives which, if employed to our advantage may work wonder for us.The book that you are holding in your hands shall prove to be instrumental in this quest for maintaining or regaining your well-being.Neelam Mankar, the author of "Fit as a Fiddle" is a fitness enthusiast who has lived a life committed to health, wealth, and good relations. This commitment has taken her through some amazing memories, both, personally and professionally. Working for thirty-four years in a prestigious government organisation, viz. Reserve Bank of India and National Bank of Agriculture & Development, has made her an expert Financial Coach. Abundance is one of her foremost values and she believes in creating an abundant life for herself and her clients. She is also a Certified Life Coach. A globe-trotter at heart, she has travelled to 24 countries. One of the motivations in all her visits has been to explore the fitness and wellness culture around the world. Keeping herself updated with new and upcoming fitness trends has been a relentless pursuit for her.Neelam's achievements say it all. Though she is in her golden years, in 2019 she effortlessly conquered the Tiger's Nest in Bhutan, which even a person in their twenties would find difficult. In 2018, she took part in the Guinness Book of records Plankathon event held in Pune, India. One must say, a person who has lived as good as without a single pill all her life surely has earned the right to write a book on health. I have known Neelam for a couple of years now and I can assure you that she practises what she preaches.Talking about Sreeti A. Amonkar, the author of "Happy as a Lark", with over twenty-five years of broad experience under her belt, she is hailed as one of the foremost communication skills trainers in the industry right now. One has to only Google her out to read about all the remarkable things that her students, clients and ex-employers have to say about her. What allured her to visit Bhutan in 2019 was to meet the citizens of the world's happiest nation. Her happiness knew no bounds, the very moment she stepped onto the land of happiness. Her take on the entire visit to Bhutan was that material possessions hardly constitute for real happiness.I have known Sreeti for quite a few years now. It's not that her life is perfect. On the contrary, just like everybody else's, she has her share of joys and sorrows. What sets her apart is that she always exudes happiness. Her happiness is contagious. That's why I feel she is the best person to write on the subject of happiness. I'm sure that this contagion of happiness will be passed This item is printed on demand.
