The transcript number, in order of telecast, was compiled and maintained by SECA commencing with the program's move to the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) in 1971 although the number does not appear in the issue. This is the transcript of the Firing Line program taped in New York City on December 21, 1972, and originally telecast on PBS on December 31, 1972. Hosted by William F. Buckley, Jr., the topic was "The Young"; the guest was author Anthony Burgess. The panelists were: Richard Tilton, Adjunct Professor of Law, Seton Hall University; Diana Armenakis, Instructor, Philosophy Department, Seton Hall University; and Ahmed Bulbulia, Visiting Professor of Law, Seton Hall University.
