FIRST EDITION, with over 1000 illustrations, 2 posters and a comic book bound-in, layered introduction by William Gibson, in 5 languages, contributors include Mick Brownfield, Hans-Ulrich Obris, Glen Baxter and Paul Slater, pp. 296, 21.5 x 25.5cm, original quarter black cloth with boards bound with one of 25 varied Paul Smith fabrics, cover and spine lettered in silver, without polystyrene case and magnifying glass, fine. Signed by the author on the flyleaf. A graphically vibrant volume of visual thoughts and unusual juxtapositions in a wide variety of forms and styles from the celebrated British designer and his collaborators. One of the posters features a photo of Smith's boxed possessions with an encyclopaedic list of their contents on the reverse, while the other, his 'Coat-of'Arms' is in the form of a dress pattern.
