Paperback. In the unforgiving expanse of the American frontier, even a seasoned drifter like Buck Halliday can find himself on the wrong end of a gun. "The Final Flutter" opens with Halliday bloodied and weary, haunted by a senseless encounter with a trigger-happy youth in Passena. Seeking refuge and a chance to heal, he rides into a new territory, only to find that trouble has a way of tracking a man down. When Halliday crosses paths with the resilient Judith and the mysterious Marianne, he is drawn into a web of local tensions and personal demons. Amidst the dust and danger of ranch life, Halliday must navigate a landscape where loyalty is rare, and a man's past is his heaviest burden.Written by the legendary Des Dunn under the pseudonym of Adam Brady, this gripping Western explores the thin line between survival and sacrifice. It's a powerful tale of grit, honour, and the enduring spirit of the "drifting breed." This item is printed on demand.
