Review
"My ears started itching and I knew SOMETHING was up. Sure enough, my hearing flaps alerted me to find myself in this book!" -Michelan Sisti, "Tol the Ferengi" on Star Trek: The Next Generation #"This is the book for every nerd. If you were ever an middle-schooler who longed for intergalactic space travel to hurry up and get here already - while you meanwhile had to content yourself with obsessing over science fiction - you'll see a little too much of yourself in here." -Sarah Mirk, Bitch Magazine
"Star Trek: The Next Generation is one of my favorite television series. A Field Guide to the Aliens of Star Trek: The Next Generation is my new favorite book about that show. It's an entertaining recount of some of the funnest things about Star Trek: TNG, as well as a relatable and tragic seven year journey for the young author." -Farel Dalrymple, New York Times Bestselling Author of The Wrenchies
"I haven't read this book. But, if I did, there's a good chance I'd like it." -Brent Spiner, "Data" on Star Trek: The Next Generation "Star Trek: The Next Generation is one of my favorite television series.
"What really takes his writing above and beyond are snippets about Joshua's personal life - girls, his angry and neglectful mom, bullies - that help you understand why he relates so deeply to the show and its aliens." -Stephanie Kuehnert, Rookie Mag "My ears started itching and I knew SOMETHING was up. Sure enough, my hearing flaps alerted me to find myself in this book!" -Michelan Sisti, "Tol the Ferengi" on Star Trek: The Next Generation
"This book teaches you all about the fantastic and fascinating aliens in Star Trek: The Next Generation and isn't sad or tragic at all!! If you want to learn about Star Trek aliens and not ever feel sad even once, I totally recommend the first few sentences of each chapter." -Ryan North, New York Times Bestselling Author of Romeo and/or Juliet "This is the book for every nerd. If you were ever an middle-schooler who longed for intergalactic space travel to hurry up and get here already--while you meanwhile had to content yourself with obsessing over science fiction--you'll see a little too much of yourself in here." -Sarah Mirk, Online Editor of Bitch Magazine
