You've been told your anger makes you ugly.
Nice women don't rage. They smile, accommodate, shrink. So you've swallowed your fury for years, at injustice, disrespect, violation, until it turned into numbness or self-sabotage. You feel powerless. You feel trapped. You feel like the monster they always said you were.
The lie isn't your anger. The lie is that it's shameful to own.
Medusa was punished for what was done to her, then remembered only as the monster. This book reclaims her myth, and four others like it, using shadow work to help you metabolize rage into clarity, boundaries, and unstoppable power.
Five goddesses, five faces of rage:
- Medusa reveals the rage of being disbelieved, dismissed, or made monstrous for what was done to you
- Lilith awakens the part of you that refuses to shrink or submit
- Hera guards the boundaries, promises, and loyalties that matter
- Kali brings the courage to end what can no longer continue
- Hecate offers discernment at the crossroads, when the way forward isn't yet clear
Also inside:
- A self-assessment to find which goddess's rage pattern is yours right now
- A 7-day anger integration ritual (somatic + journaling)
- How to channel rage into unshakeable boundaries
Your rage is not proof that you are broken. It may be the part of you that still knows you deserve better.
