Ericka Gaither is Miami's most successful wedding planner-and the biggest mouth in the industry. She's planned four hundred happily-ever-afters while refusing to say "I do" to anyone. Her ex-fiancé is a snake. Her former business partner is a white billionaire stalker who won't take no for an answer. And her best friend's wedding is three weeks away. Then she meets Deidrick Banks. Ex-con. Reformed. Fine as hell. He runs three legitimate businesses and has a past he can't outrun. He's also the first man who's ever looked at Ericka like she's worth more than her reputation.
But Miami is a small city with long memories. When Ericka's stalker teams up with her jealous ex and Deidrick's desperate baby mama, the threats turn deadly. Old money meets new secrets. Families torn apart by racism and murder are forced to collide. Now Ericka has to choose: protect the empire she built alone, or risk everything for a felon who swears he's changed.
